In the suggestive historical centre of Oliena, near to the fantastic and naturalistic oasis of the Supramonte, you can find the Hotel Restaurant Cikappa. That name being the initials of the two partners Cenceddu and Killeddu. Ideal place to be reconciled with nature and to discover the specialties of the olianese kitchen. The hotel, a three stars level, is situated in the historical centre of Oliena, it is endowed with comforting rooms with conditioned air and TV.

The kitchen, family managed, proposes tasty dishes of the local tradition. that follow the alternation of seasons: among them we remember the base appetizers of the zone and spontaneous grasses, the raviolis busa, bocciu, maharrones hurriaos with fresh pecorino, the maharrones de ortu with tomato and smoked ricotta and su prattu de cassa, based on varied game, trite specialty of the house and unique dish in Sardinia. Meals of over one century ago are proposed with the same genuineness and inspired by the nobel prize for literature Grazia Deledda.
We also organize excursions at the Lanaitto valley and guided tours to the Village of Tiscali.
